When you’re not there, we are.
A service designed for owners who don’t rent out their property, but want to keep it in good condition and ready to enjoy at any time.
We take care of what matters to you too.
Care Plan
Peace of mind all year round
We check your property on a regular basis, so it’s always in perfect condition and ready for your next stay. Someone is keeping an eye on your property.
Includes
External services such as cleaning, laundry, materials, parts or professionals are quoted and billed separately, according to the needs and size of the property.
Someone you can trust keeping an eye on your home, so all you have to worry about is enjoying it.
This service line is separate from holiday-rental management. It is designed for those who want to arrive home and find it ventilated, checked and in order — without having to coordinate visits, alerts or issues remotely.
If your needs are different, we can also offer one-off services or a tailored solution. We’ll figure it out together with you.
You can start with just property care and, if one day you want to open it up to holiday rentals, we’ll move you onto a holiday-rental management plan. No pressure. Whenever you decide.
